Umbral Market (“the Service”) is operated by Cayan Oyman, Ramsenerstrasse 43, 78239 Rielasingen, Germany (see the Legal Notice). Contact: [email protected].
Umbral Market provides market data, price history, statistics, and companion tools for the game World of Warcraft® (Auction House prices, flipping analytics, housing and class-guide information). All game data is sourced from publicly available APIs and community sources. The Service is a fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
You may browse most of the Service without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address and a username. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not impersonate others or use offensive usernames. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service (e.g. automated scraping, attempts to disrupt operation, or unlawful use).
All prices, trends, scores, and recommendations shown by the Service are informational market data, derived from third-party APIs, and can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not offers, financial advice, or a promise of in-game results. Umbral Market does not buy or sell gold, items, or any in-game property. Any trading decisions you make in the game are your own responsibility.
The core Service is free. If optional paid features are offered, the price, billing period, and scope are shown before purchase, and payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we never see or store your full payment details. Unless stated otherwise at purchase: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. For consumers in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal applies; where you ask us to provide digital content immediately, you consent to performance before the withdrawal period ends, as permitted by law. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is”, without a guaranteed uptime. Data feeds, features, or the Service as a whole may change, pause, or end at any time. For paid periods already charged, Section 6 and statutory law apply.
World of Warcraft, Warcraft, and all related names, images, and assets are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. The Service’s own code, texts, and compilations are protected by copyright. You may link to and quote pages of the Service with attribution.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms for good reason (e.g. new features, legal changes). Registered users will be informed of material changes in advance by email or on the site; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
